Payments

We gladly accept payments through WorldPay, facilitating transactions using Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa debit/credit cards. When making an online purchase, you have the option to either pay in full or contact us to make a deposit and initiate your order. The complete outstanding balance must be settled either when booking the delivery or upon collecting your order.

Until we receive full payment, all items will remain the property of Roy Walker Furniture.

Lead Times

Since all our furniture is meticulously handcrafted on a per-order basis, and we exclusively source the highest quality reclaimed wood, lead times can fluctuate. Generally, our lead times range from 6 to 9 weeks, excluding holidays. If you require a quicker delivery, please reach out to us with your specific needs and location, and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Delivery

Kindly inform us in advance if your delivery presents challenging circumstances, such as being in a block of flats, limited access, a significant distance from the road to your door, or limited parking.

Collection

You are more than welcome to personally collect your furniture from the Roy Walker Furniture showroom. Please consult our location details for further information

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the rare event that your furniture arrives damaged, we will promptly address the issue by either rectifying the damage or, if necessary, crafting a new item at the earliest convenience.

Cancellations / Refund Policy

You retain the right to cancel your order at any point.*

We are confident that you will cherish our furniture; however, for online orders, if you are not satisfied, you can reject the items upon delivery or return them to us within 14 days from the delivery date for a complete refund, unless they are bespoke items tailored to your specifications.

Please contact us via email or phone to notify us of your intention to return items. You must arrange for the items to be returned to us in their original condition, and we may be able to arrange collection, though there could be a fee for this service.**

*For standard items, you can cancel at any time before dispatch. Bespoke items can only be cancelled if the manufacturing process has not commenced. Feel free to call us at 01636 822173 to discuss the status of your bespoke items.

**We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for bespoke items made to your specifications unless there is a manufacturing defect or the items do not match your original order.

Please Note: Our handcrafted furniture is created from natural materials and is subject to natural changes based on its environmental conditions, for which we cannot be held accountable. Sizes and colours may slightly vary due to the nature of reclaimed wood; therefore, the photos and samples serve as general guides.
